There are two types of customer within Service Manager. Direct customers and Contracted customers. Direct customers are customers you invoice and service directly. Contracted customers, are customers belonging to a Contractor. You service them directly but invoice the contractor for that service. See Sales for examples of each

From the options menu you have the following functions:

Update site pre-booking emails
Create a new agreement
Refresh costs Customer Profitability
Hold all deliveries

The customer page has three additional tabs:

 

Sites

A list of sites for this customer.

Documents

Shows a list of uploaded documents and gives access to the document storage functions for this customer. See Document Storage for details on uploading, amending and viewing documents.

Portal

Show users who have access to this customer through the Service Manager Portal. Note this is only for Direct Customers and not contracted ones.
